Éclosion N°02 is an exceptional couture creation, made as a unique piece. Designed for the runway, this textile artwork combines artisanal craftsmanship, hand embroidery, Swarovski crystals, featherwork, and noble materials selected with the utmost care.

Created by Laetitia Lo Iudice, this piece required over 150 hours of artisanal work and embodies the excellence of traditional haute couture techniques.

Story of the Creation

Artistic Inspiration

Éclosion N°02 draws its inspiration from the fragile moment when nature reveals its full splendor. Between the flower opening to the light and the bird spreading its wings for the first time, this creation captures a moment of transformation, rebirth, and freedom.

The sculpted volumes and feathered ornaments evoke the living movement of nature, while the luminous embroideries recall the changing reflections observed on the wings of exotic birds.

This creation celebrates everyone's ability to reinvent themselves.

Éclosion N°02 tells the story of the transition between what we were and what we choose to become. It pays tribute to the beauty born of transformation, to rediscovered confidence, and to the strength revealed when we dare to be fully ourselves.

Symbolism of Colors

Intense fuchsia symbolizes vitality, passion, and creative energy. It is a color that asserts its presence and celebrates life.

Turquoise blue evokes freedom, imagination, and the infinite horizon. It recalls the sky and water, two elements associated with movement and escape.

Together, these colors create a dialogue between power and softness, between rootedness and soaring flight.

Why this form was chosen

The silhouette was conceived as a work in motion.

The structured bodice emphasizes strength and assurance, while the curved lines and fluid skirt bring lightness and grace. The central ornament, inspired by precious plumage, naturally guides the gaze towards the heart of the creation and symbolizes forward momentum.

Each volume was designed to accompany the body's movements and give the impression that the piece comes alive with every step.

Each material has been selected for its exceptional quality and its ability to reveal the light, movement, and poetry of the creation.

 

Craftsmanship

This creation required over 150 hours of artisanal work.

Every embroidery, crystal, glass detail, and feather element was applied by hand using traditional haute couture techniques.

The embroideries were entirely hand-stitched by Laetitia Lo Iudice, with the assistance of two artisans who participated in the creation of this exceptional piece.

 

Care Instructions

Storage

• Store the creation in its breathable fabric protective cover.
• Hang the piece on a suitable hanger or store it flat for long periods of storage.
• Avoid any compression to preserve the volume of the feathers and the structure of the creation.

Transportation

• Transport the piece in a dedicated protective cover.
• Handle with care to avoid any pressure on embroideries, crystals, and ornaments.
• For long-distance travel, prioritize flat transport when possible.

Cleaning

• Cleaning exclusively by a professional specializing in haute couture pieces.
• Do not machine wash.
• Do not use chemical products or stain removers on embroideries, feathers, or crystals.
• Any intervention must be carried out with the utmost care to preserve the integrity of the work.

Humidity

• Store in a dry and temperate environment.
• Avoid humid rooms that may alter natural fibers, feathers, and ornaments.
• Recommended humidity level: between 40% and 60%.

Light

• Protect the creation from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
• UV rays can alter the brilliance of colors and weaken certain natural materials over time.
• For display, favor soft and indirect lighting.

Éclosion N°02 was born from a fascination with transformation and the beauty of life. Through this creation, I wanted to capture that precious moment when anything becomes possible: when one dares to open up to the world, spread one's wings, and fully reveal one's light.

Every embroidery, every crystal, every feather was placed with patience and passion. More than a dress, this piece represents a journey, a rebirth, and the celebration of uniqueness.

I hope it will convey to whoever beholds it the same emotion that guided me throughout its creation.
